Out of shame, people ask for help too late, they don't know where to start and which tools exist to help them get started. How can we develop a service that connects people with money problems to the right resources as quickly as possible?
People with money problems are usually not victims and certainly not sad. Most of the time, they are uninspired and not empowered enough to take timely and active control of their financial challenges.
Geldfit is a platform that actively focuses on the resilience and self-reliance of every person. It's positive, simple and collaborative. By approaching people differently and actually designing to help them. This is how we take people seriously and a create a solution that's within reach.
Through in-depth user and target group research, we were able to properly identify personas. What exactly are the needs of the people who will use Geldfit? And more importantly, how do we meet these people where they are? Based on these insights, Geldfit's strategy and product vision was developed. One of Geldfit's most impactful initiatives is the "potjescheck". Thanks to this tool, more than one million people have already been able to apply for more money, simply by providing them insight into what benefits are available and what they are entitled to. As an impact partner, we will continue to work on developing this platform.
