The Inkiversary, themed Celebrating Social Changemakers, was a huge success! The program was filled with highlights and we were joined by many friends, colleagues, partners, and social design enthusiasts. This theme united us to celebrate the people and initiatives working toward positive change every day. Through engaging personal stories, we gained unique insights into various processes of change. We reflected on the social impact achieved in collaboration with our partners. The conversations, shared ideas, and new connections strengthened our passion for advancing positive social change together.
At Dutch Design Week, we presented a number of unique and interactive projects that highlighted social issues and invited visitors to engage in dialogue and reflection: Bouw Box, Wensen & grenzen, Mensenkenners Foundation, and PONT. Dutch Design Week is the perfect moment to present and explore ideas, and with over 350,000 visitors, it provides a large platform for raising awareness of social design. The Mensenkenners Foundation installation was displayed in the iconic Klokgebouw, attracting much attention and enabling valuable interactions with a diverse audience, from designers to policymakers. The enthusiasm and interest in our vision of social design once again demonstrated how relevant and necessary it is to adopt a design approach focused on well-being and inclusivity.
With so many positive responses and new connections, we are more motivated than ever to continue our mission. We want to thank everyone involved in the Inkiversary and our Dutch Design Week activities for their presence and enthusiasm. Together, we continue building a world where design truly contributes to social impact.
