Co/Lab: Hungry for change

We don't just eat with our mouths. We eat with our eyes, our feelings, our memories, and our wallets. And that's exactly where design can make a difference. In the Co/Lab Hungry for Change, a collaboration between Dutch Design Foundation, Rabobank, the Ministry of BZK, the Province of Noord-Brabant and Hungry EcoCities, and under the creative leadership of Barbara Vos and Ink Social Design, we investigated one big question: How can we design the food system of the future in such a way that healthy and sustainable eating becomes a matter of course?

The three G's that guide our eating behavior: Gratification, Go-easy and Gain.
