

Each partner in this process worked on better food from their own perspective. But what united us was a shared frustration:
Why don't so many well-intentioned initiatives never take off?
We found that many food interventions are designed with mostly the system goals in mind. Think of initiatives that promote local or organic food — well-intentioned, but often not tailored to how people make their food choices on a day to day basis.
Because let's be honest: when you're hungry, you don't choose with your head. You choose what is tasty, easy and affordable.
The three G's that guide our eating behavior: Gratification, Go-easy and Gain.
