Insights:

Corporates such as PVH have a lot of entrepreneurial capacity waiting to be leveraged.

The biggest hurdle in building corporate innovation culture is embracing the unknown and letting go of execution mindsets.

Embracing the unknown can only happen when there is psychological safety combined with room to question and doubt.

 

Design:

A Startup Thinking programme (developed in collaboration with Lepaya and OneUp) that guides teams in designing, building and testing a truly visionary proposition.
