In large organisations, there is a lot of entrepreneurial capacity waiting to be leveraged. They just need to experience enough psychological safety to explore.

A Startup Thinking programme (in collaboration with Lepaya and OneUp) that guides teams in designing, building and testing a truly human-centered proposition at a startup pace.


 

What have we learned?

You can’t experiment in an execution mindset

The biggest hurdle in building corporate innovation culture is embracing the unknown and letting go of execution mindsets. Embracing the unknown can only happen when there is psychological safety combined with room to question and doubt.
