We created a governmental innovation lab to make youth healthcare redundant.
Strategy, Lab & Product
The Dutch National Healthcare Service asked us to design a useful and scalable process for radical innovation.
Governmental stakeholders and designers can work together extremely well, given the right circumstances: user-centric, divide-and-conquering, and collaboration based on active listening.
Behind the hype of co-creation
Co-creation sounds nice, but the reality is challenging if you truly aim to develop new solutions side-by-side with psychologists, caretakers and social workers, whilst honouring designer’s craft.
Co-creation must therefore include one part active listening & deep collaboration, one part dividing and conquering.
This can take shape in any of these following forms:
Garage2020 offers start-ups the opportunity to scale-up: a place of growth in the social domain.
Garage2020 provides a different perspective. Internal innovation, facilities and development.
Garage2020 creates new solutions, products, processes and concepts.
